Often the public consultation process is met with apathy from local residents. This is mainly because, so often, the design has already been resolved without their input, and it is unlikely that the architects & developers will listen, or act upon the concerns of the neighbourhood.
We felt strongly that we wanted to buck this trend, and try to restore some faith in the consultation process.
After receiving the feedback from neighbours on this site, we acted quickly to amend the scheme. Addressing comments from residents, and some of the broader issues around the speed and safety of the road adjacent to the site.
