Collective: Northwest Small Practice Forum
Location: SEESAW, Manchester
Common Practice are a founding member of the NSPF. Tom Partridge founded the group alongside friend and occasional collaborator, Daniel Kelso, in 2023. The purpose of the group is promote the quality and talent that exists within small practices in the Northwest, as well as to act as a support network for the forum members.
Scale was the first exhibition hosted by the collective. The exhibition was designed and built by the members and ran for 4-weeks over September and October, 2025.
Championing collaboration over competition, the NSPF aims to demonstrate that agility, creativity, and community impact often flourish within smaller studios. The exhibition showcases the breadth of their collective talent, highlighting the positive influence of small practices on the built environment and professional culture.
